To more efficiently address the US market, where SSTL has had several successes over the past years, a US subsidiary, Surrey Satellite Technology US LLC, was set up in 2008 and has its headquarters in Denver, Colorado. SST-US provides a portal for SSTL technology into the US and within 5 years will be a stand-alone business building its own spacecraft and systems for the US market.
